Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to hygiene & safety concerns about baby/kid’s products, SUNDA INFOTECH has a strict No Refunds policy across the website, but an option for replacement/exchange is available only if the reason is genuine.

This also means that all the products you receive are -  

Original, Unopened, and of High quality.

This is an unparalleled commitment in an eCommerce driven by returns and exchanges.

If there is any genuine case for the exchange of a product, please contact us at sales@sundainfotech.com. within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
If a product is damaged, please email us at sales@sundainfotech.com. within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.

Note:
For all damaged/missing parts or wrong product delivery inquiries, submission of an unboxing video is required. The unboxing video should depict the condition of the product upon receipt, aiding in the efficient processing of your request.

 

Shipping Policy

SUNDA INFOTECH ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies. Most of the products will be delivered in collaboration with DTDC.

You can reach us at sales@sundainfotech.com at any time, which will be considered between Monday-Saturday, 11 am-7 pm in case of any queries.

You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to most parts of India within 3-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order arrives on time, SUNDA INFOTECH cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays, or situations beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
For Orders below INR 99/-, A flat Rs.70 charges will be applicable for Delivery.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched.

PAYMENT
Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallets, UPI, and Net banking.


As of now, COD does not apply to any of the products sold across the website.
